Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with SassyGit, email us at support@sassygit.com within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund. No questions asked.

This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

After 14 days

  • Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.
  • Annual subscriptions are not refundable, but you keep premium access through the end of your paid year.

What's not refundable

  • Mid-cycle seat additions (one-time prorated charges)
  • Usage after the 14-day window
  • Charges older than 90 days (per Razorpay's refund window)

Cancellation vs refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You keep premium access until the period ends.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@sassygit.com with:
    • Your organization name
    • The charge date
    • Reason (optional, helps us improve)
  2. We respond within 1-3 business days
  3. If eligible, your refund processes in 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Currency and exchange rates

SassyGit plans are billed in US Dollars (USD) or Indian Rupees (INR). The currency is determined by your location at the time you subscribe and is locked to your subscription. Refunds are processed in the same currency the original charge was captured in, for the exact amount received by SassyGit.

INR refunds are issued for the full amount captured by Razorpay, including any taxes (such as GST) that were collected. If you have claimed input tax credit on the original invoice, please coordinate with your accountant or tax adviser to adjust your filings accordingly.

Where the cardholder's billing currency differs from the charge currency, the amount credited to the cardholder's account is determined by the issuing bank and card network using their prevailing exchange rate on the date of refund. This rate may differ from the rate applied at the time of the original charge. As a result, the value credited in the cardholder's billing currency may be higher or lower than the value originally debited. SassyGit and ShaStack accept no liability for such exchange rate variances or for any foreign-transaction, conversion, or processing fees levied by the cardholder's bank or card network.

Disputes

If you have a billing issue, please email support@sassygit.com first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate.
